Originally from South Africa, Andy is fluent in Afrikaans and relocated to Petaluma during his teens. He values time spent with friends and has a strong interest in horror and sci-fi films. An avid animal lover, Andy is the proud caretaker of two dogs, three cats, and one snake, and credits his wife with keeping

Betsy recently joined our front staff team, and she has already been a shining addition. With experience in dog training, she’s a lifelong dog lover who has also become a proud converted cat lover. Brittany grew up in Petaluma and is now raising her own family nearby in Rohnert Park. She’s always been an animal lover and currently cares for 3 cats: Gidget, Iris & Linus, a tarantula named Sigourney Weavers, and a very sweet daughter. Married to her highschool sweetheart she enjoys camping, baking, and everything Halloween.

Nikita grew up in Petaluma and has been employed here at Brandner Veterinary Hospital since 2008. In January of 2014, she passed the state boards to become a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). At home she has a lovely kitty named Marshmallow and a rambunctious pup named Bean!

Erin was a young Petaluma transplant and did most of her growing up here. We first met her when she started volunteering with us in 2000 at age 15, was hired in 2004, and has been with us ever since. She has a passion for volunteering and social justice and can be seen often participating

Amanda lives in Guerneville with numerous plant friends. She attended UC Davis and graduated with a degree in Animal Science in 2009. At home, she has two kitties, Penelope, Bonzai, and a little senior chihuahua, Dottie. Amanda is a friendly face who is always willing to help!
